Answer for newbies is because any pink sheet issue gets the same warning. this is not a fully reporting company.

T3f I do enjoy both sided discussions on message boards as I see it as healthy but I have to admit the items you keep throwing out are just weak attempts to create drama and confusion. Because I do not believe you are as unintelligent as your post appear. The more your statements are shown to be so far off base the more you lose any creditability you might of had. So bring something for a healthy discussion of pro's and con's or please stay silent. :-)
