wow that's a vary good point.
i am not sure hows that's gonna pan out

but the privet placement shares was made available even to me but i think it was a minimum of 20 k i had to put in and my shares would be restricted for 6 mounts

the privet placement was not one guy but a bunch of us they called me on it when pbec was holding at its high and trading above 1.3 i guess my guy said i could have as much as i wanted for 1.0 a share i said no and am vary happy i did.
but i can see how others fell for it cause it did look like a good deal on paper a 1.00 a share for some thing that was worth 1.3
