hard to prove a negative (one of the mechanisms these scams operate on, if they lie and/or imply about something that does not exist, how does one know for sure????).....it's up to the Co to prove they are doing what they claim (via SEC filing, preferably, so it is on the record).....THEY have decided to not do that, people should be demanding proof from them, not message board posters....

this stock is in the graveyard, and you want further proof that something does not exist?????.....

look at PPS, share lock, SEC accusations, there is the only real "proof" of what's going on......

The current shareprice and the fact that the SEC is interested
in the criminal dealings of Jared seem to support my assertions
just fine. I have also support my assertions with their own statements which have not come true at all. Did they give out
3rd quarter audited financial as promised ...no, Did they even
come close to the 136 Million projected. No Did Jared actually
place 300 million shares in escrow for the proposed buyout as he
stated he did, no those shared were diluted in Mar and Apr 2009.

This is a pink sheet company that does not report earnings. I am
relating what the liar said so spare me your support of a criminal
enterprise just because you hope you'll get your money back.
