It's not a big deal. People keep rehashing this crap. They are an extremely small company, that is trying to grow.
They have distributed some of Anthony's titles in the past, and had no reason to think anything negative of him. How many times do companies hire people everyday that have something come up on background checks.
It happens constantly, and the people who are throwing this up as a negative to Hannover House are really grasping at straws. Small companies don't have the HR department to take care of many of these aspects. Eric and Fred are the HR department, much like the post I made a couple of weeks ago. When you run a small company, you wear many different titles, and you can't possibly account for everything, like a much larger company does that have teams of people that specialize in one area.
Give me a break people.
