again thats pinksheets.com, the ease of which Danny "upgraded" from limited to current speaks to its severity--which is nil to none... and those levels are there so it sparks more traffic on their website, more hits...
there are no downgrade from pinksheets...you can use whatever term you want, I dont like or dislike it, you make me laugh is all..
Anyone that sells 500,000 dollars in stock could do it? how else would a start up company make money, takes money to make money..and if miniscule dilution, yes miniscule, this is coming from an investor that has 1.3 Million shares, you have 0, so my definition of miniscule has more reliability, more validity, my definition of this company has more reliability and validity than yours, taking all this time and energy here on this board while youre not invested in the stock gives you 0 credibility, having been legal trouble in the past gives you 0 credibility...anyone can look it up...you got 0 credibility buddy..get used to it
