I ultimately was only able to catch 16K shares at .039
It was moving so fast that within about 90 secs (no kidding) it went from about .025 to .039 and I had to adjust my buy twice before I finally caught it.
No way in my wildest dreams did I think it would see .225 before I was able to read the filings.
As it appears it is turning out over the weekend, this thing is not a P&D.
There are millions of dollars of real estate holdings being sold here for the valuation of 25 to 35 million. This was a SEC filing and not a PR which is usually just a PUMP but a SEC filing is for real and it is even confirmed by a posting on Edgar
And the R/S (reverse split) was already done back in 2008 and that is why there is only 3.7 million shares in the float right now with a O/S of only about 12 million.
There is simply not enough shares (even if it was shorted into oblivion) to cover all the buyer interest it appears that is going to hit on Monday. Leo is 90 yrs old now and I believe that this transaction between the two companys is his last hurrah and he intends to go out in glory instead of his previous shame.
I did personally sell 20% of what I had at .18 to lock in my principal and to stash away 250% profit but the remaning 12,800 shares I am holding, I intend to sell slowly in 2 to 3000 share incriments into the upward climb if it does happen.
