At some point in time they are going to have to use their cash for something. Don't know about a premium like that for NTAP but I'm not all that familar with NTAP anymore. I'll have to look into that. DO a little snooping. :)

It would make sense if CSCO would buyout a storage company sooner or later to fill up that portfolio gap.
They are sitting on cash :-)
