Yes, I think you're right on spot with all your questions. I've been in contact with the CEO Gregory yesterday, and I've heard from one of my contacts today also confirming the same answer I got. The financials is most likely delayed because of pending acquisition(s) in my opinion.
He told me he is working diligently to come up with an update, so I think the delay most likely will have something to do with it.
With consideration their sell of the "spa within a practice" was done not to long ago, and the pending acquisitions (in PRs) I very much think that's the primary reason for these delays. I expect we'll get a public update anytime soon, to answer our questions.
