Its my understanding that everything is riding on access to flow's ability to configure reactors and such to mass produce qdots and solar cells. Its also my understanding w/o access to flow we are up a creek w/o a paddle. GLTA
The original agreement with Access2Flow back in August 2009 gave QMC the rights to any improvements on the Access2Flow process as it relates to the the mass production of QD. Sweet deal. We sell more TQD and we split a part of the production profits with Access2Flow.
Memorandum Of Understanding With Access2Flow - August 2009 PR Solterra will own all intellectual property resulting from the optimization efforts, in line with Solterra's long-term business objective to broaden its technology offerings in quantum dot-based products and advanced materials, he (Squires)added.
First of Its Kind Continuous Batch Tetrapod Quantum Dot Semi-Conductors - July 2009 PR Once our initial continuous batch line is operating at its full potential we will begin the next phase which includes using some very exciting process technologies that we believe will allow us to scale up from grams per day to kilograms per day. The increased output will support both our own quantum dot solar cell development as well as the development of other emerging quantum dot dependent technologies.
You know, Stephen Squires has been totally honest and upfront about everything he was going to do from the very start. If you go back and read all the PRs from the beginning, he tells exactly what is going to happen next, each time. We are today beginning to see and believe what he said over a year ago and more. He does not fool around, there is no pussyfooting, he tells it like he sees it in his vision, which is based totally in reality. There is no doubt, no hesitancy, no mincing of words. Read all of his quotes in the PRs and you will have all your answers to your questions. He has a goal, he has laid out the goal, in each PR, "same as it ever was" and he is moving toward it inexorably (look it up)like Joe Montana on the last drive of the Super Bowl.
