It does seem that they only need minimal success to make this a winner from this level, but the market needs to see an end to the dilution. I suspect lack of trust is weighing the SP down now. People expect to see the A/S increased. The company needs to come clean now on its plans. If no increase to the A/S, confirm that now. If no R/S, confirm that now. I'm a little surprised at the laissez-faire response to the O/S increase - I think it's a serious matter.
