Your 2nd point is 100% dead on. When the JV comes about and is announced, I'm all for giving JJ a nice round of applause, but then immediately launch into this whole "non communication" to their shareholders thing. I don't care that they are a pinkie, or blueie, or a goldie, managagement has a moral/ethical responsibility to communicate properly and professionally to their shareholders/owners of the company, PERIOD, END OF DISCUSSION.
