I LOVE how you worded this, turning wording that could be seen as threatening into self-castigation when referring to a management that fails to address our concerns.

I like those numbers better. Lets not forget the equity value of the Company is based on the cost of the mountain acquired. Once production or third party reserves are calculated, the value is based the dream. But at 6 times number we should be at $.06

"Shot" might be a tad bit harsh, but I get the drift..lol.. Just guessing, but perhaps the jva and it's structure will take care of that problem. If not there are many others voices in that wilderness..

Your 2nd point is 100% dead on. When the JV comes about and is announced, I'm all for giving JJ a nice round of applause, but then immediately launch into this whole "non communication" to their shareholders thing. I don't care that they are a pinkie, or blueie, or a goldie, managagement has a moral/ethical responsibility to communicate properly and professionally to their shareholders/owners of the company, PERIOD, END OF DISCUSSION.
