Had to look this up:
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) (the name translates to Financial Markets Authority) is the stock market regulators for the province of Quebec, Canada. Canada is the only industrialized country that doesn't have a national regulator and instead has provincial regulators that cooperate via the organisation called Canadian Securities Administrators.
