Naked shorting is perfectly LEGAL

As long as the non borrow is covered by a legit borrow in the timeline mandated by law.

Unfortunately, we have NO legitimate enforcement going on and even less than NONE for the BB & pinks.

Isn't the SEC supposed to put the hammer down on naked shorting by March of 2011? Or is that something else I was thinking?
