unfortunately that is a myth...MM borrow from many brokers accounts without peoples knowledge...even when one puts them on the ask...they play hot potatoe with the short postions, even naked ones...the DTCC is impenitrable...cant even subpena them...I can forward an eye opening article about their decades of games...
