I was just thinking before I read your post...I sure hope PIHN PPS doesnt leave us stumped yet again as to what in the world will it take to get this thing to launch. There are too many positives -as you mentioned- for it not to.

any body that trades pennies has been burned by dilution! we have 7B shares hanging, that can be dumped at any time. people are scare to jump in. IMO.
