Imo, all cash on hand will be used to build inventories and not for a share buyback. At this stage of the game, all cash will be needed to expand the inventories of the new products, thereby, increasing revenues and profits.
Would you rather have them buy back the shares at the expense of increasing revenues and profits. I doubt it.
Imo, I don't think management would consider a share buyback until they get a good idea of cash flow which is very hard to do with a new company. Imo, I don't believe that a share buyback is anywhere near the top of their priority list. Cash for investing in inventory is king.
