It boils down to 3 major events in past 2 weeks. 1. The annoucement of restricted shares as dividends. 2. NMGL as the purchaser and 3. Lack of a website update which was promise the day after August 12.

All these negatives has impacted the stock price to drop without a bid.

Those who are unhappy still can sell and those who sees this as a hicup can still buy at .0001. Maybe Sloane is buying at .0001.

Thank you for posting this. Several of us have been called by the SEC regarding our complaints. You normally don't see this action with the pinks but I think enough complaints and the size of potential losses have really triggered some good action this time.

If I were "Lowenthal" I would take some positive action and do so very quickly to avoid the trouble that's brewing. It won't take rocket science to figure out the scheme that's being pulled over our eyes here.

Help me get this straight?
You're saying you Borrowed $15,000. or more?
To buy 150million shares, of a non-reporting pinksheet.
Because you were promised a half million dollar divi? in 5 months.
And the SEC sees that as a reasonable trade?
In Pinkland. Really?

And now the CEO even states the FFGO shell will be dormant.

"The SEC was very concerned about that relation."

Sorry I don't buy it. It's a fact the SEC doesn't comment on external matters, other investigations, or other companies. And I am very hestant to believe that you actually spoke to anyone there about FFGO on the phone. I speak from first-hand experience.

By the way, congratulations on your new iHub account.
