I imagine they have to use a very special mixture to make the wheels hold up. I know what skateboarders do and it would seem that the wheels would have to be incredible strong... plus they have to have a bit of give to them for the tricks so they don't hurt as bad. So it would need to be a mixture that not only was strong but gave a bit of cushion to the rider.
