ooag_long, I think your confused, this latest date is for a hearing, not a trial, you do understand that there is a difference dont you???, this hearing is to determine if the lawyer is entitled to any remedies in addition to that which he has already been awarded on the default judgement, considering that AB/OOAG didnt even show up for the last hearing, its likely that this 1 wont go very well for the company either.
