FoB = Follow-on Biologic, a poorly-defined term for a drug that:

1) is similar to (but not necessarily identical to) a biologic drug already being marketed;

AND

2) was approved for marketing based, at least in part, on the clinical safety and efficacy data for the already-marketed similar drug.

It normally means Freight on Board, which is a shipping term that defines who "owns" items in transit.

I think here it simply was Follow On Biologics
