Yeah, does to me too. But you know how stupid the government is... They'll put some computer in charge of it to take a certain action when a certain circumstance presents itself... This could manifest in a variety of ways.. A bulk buying spree at precisely 3:30 could be it.
Whatever it is I can watch the markets now a days and see clearly there is someone messing with it.
