I take issue with this excerpt from the article:

"A price of .20 cents would put the market cap near 90 million which is quite pricey for any penny stock. "

Yes, which is precisely why we should expect a few re-listings along the way as this thing finds it's true valuation, which is not a penny stock. 90 million may be a short way station on the way to a greater valuation and respectability. Remember that precious metals are the benchmark for long-term value and we're sitting on miles and miles of reserves. I wouldn't trust a newsletter to understand the actual nature of this investment. They cater to folks who want to make a quick play and move on.

Notice that the so-called expert in that article mentioned absolutely nothing about the fundamentals of LBSR, solely technicals. It is quite apparent to most that hold this stock (just based on the size of the money flow alone) that LBSR's technicals are being driven by the fundamentals! Not the other way around. Therefore, the analysis as presented is deeply flawed and irrelevant to the reality taking place here. Remember that when reading lbsr articles based solely on TA.

Market valuation of LBSR based on strong fundamentals has not been considered by this TA. That is what will be driving LBSR PPS to a dollar.

Anything under a dollar is a penny stock - OTCBB, NASDAQ or AMEX. Remember CTIC, it ran from .04cents all the way to $1.75 just on speculation. LBSR has solid fundamentals and since 2008, the PPS was walked down from the dollar range to the sub-penny levels. Most TA's do not go deep into the fundamentals. I don't think the general penny stock rule applies for LBSR. I would always consider TA and FA.

LBSR is a special breed on its own and should hit 500Million market cap in a few months due to the asset valuation.

ALL IMHO.

It's another tout sheet. My guess is that none of the vets here or those in the know subscribe to the opinion of tout sheets.

They don't have all of the information that we have here. They cater to the day traders for a quick in and out. They do these articles on the fly, and if they are right 50% of the time, they'll get people to subscribe.
