Ok Rick, since the company or JJ doesnt' want to update the shareholders as to the this statement, maybe you know what the problem is at the moement, I mean the company did say a partner had been selected and the documentation is completed and ready for signature.....In case you unware if this is the case they should have marched to the Notarios ( Chilean Notary) and signed...right???? I mean the company did say completed the necessary documentation.....That means they walked into the Notarios ready to sign and the Notarios rejected soemthing, as they can do since their azz in on the line...Please explain for us Chile Dummies 101 Students...

I cannot blame anyone here for "jumping to conclusions" or just being flat out frustrated to no end. This saga has played itself out many times with next week being the operative phrase. Take a deep breath, reread what has been posted by the company and take comfort in that. That is the only information that is fact. We are antsy, anxious and can't wait for this nightmere to end. Those in the know are confident. Those who do not post here that are in the know are confident. My biggest complaint is managements refusal to professionally communicate with its shareholders. Shameful.. and there is NO excuse for it. None.
So, if you want to go "Mining Den" on anyone it should be towards management for not keeping us informed. The deal will get done. Putting a date on it is going to drive ya'll crazy..
