Quarterly report shows Lionheart Financing is diluter. Its part of startup cost.

They did announce it in a PR - the first one after Twombly was fired. They said that all new companies had to raise capital, etc etc etc. However, the financial report showed they are NOT diluting. There is no reason for them to start now.
