I'd like him to make some noise to, however his past history suggests that after dangling the carrot, it might actually take him awhile to follow up, lets hope he deviates from his MO in this case. I myself suspect we might hear something next week after the hearings conclude this Friday. The SEC is deliberating on the permit, the 9th and 10th of Sept, and if I were Mike I would want to have all the particulars and details wrapped up before then, so that the committee members have all the necessary details of the transaction, not to mention if he goes public before they deliberate, and the public and community sees that the deal is a good thing, it will add pressure on the SEC to make a favorable decision on the permit.
