60 days from the date of agreement falls on August 28th. SO, news could come anytime or it could some next week. I think LBSR will be..WILL BE at .25 cents prior to NR-96! Then BOOOOOMMMMKABOOOZA!!!

The DEAL is written on the wall..it is just formal announcement on the structure. Mr. Briscoe might bring in a huge surprise for us in the deal. ALL IMHO.
