It was a 9 to 9 thing.
And of course other state's rules, procedures, and time lines are irrelevant to JBI's activities in New York. So not sure why you keep poking as if that is what was suggested. General EPA weigh in to the Air Permit issue seems the only logical interpretation to me.
Appreciate that you provided the reference to NY State code that does help to understand the time line, which by my read is considerably less than what was being suggested by some.
Possibly within 45 days? Is that the number you come away with?
