Frustrated for sure and, like yourself, badly misinformed as to what the level of follow up with the company in question has been and with whom. The concepts of CEO delegation and departmental authority and operational responsibility apparently didn't occur to either you or the other poster, or there was another agenda.
I understand how much shareholders want to make positive things happen for Go800 and the share price. End running the operational people and the decision makers in a company being actively worked is never a good idea.
Doone's statement is both accurate and appropriate:
