Well, I have provided links to multiple sources to support the Sept. 8 date. Dean has stated publicly numerous times that the device is fully functional and ready for manufacturing and distribution right now, including once after a questioner frankly stated that if his answer was not truthful, he would be heading to jail. Your statement that Imaging3's frustrating experience with the FDA is "unlike other companies," is completely belied by national article after national article about the entire industry screaming bloody murder about the FDA's delays and incompetence in reviewing 510(k) applications. I have supported all of these facts with actual links to the FDA's websites, national publications and Dean's own words straight off a Conference Call. You have never once provided a shred of factual support for any of your statements, including this gem: "so many investors [turning] on IMGG." In reality, I see only the same 4 personalities "turning on IMGG" with a clear agenda. Whereas, the rest of the investors have stood by Dean and supported the Company... and that support is about to pay off huge for all of us.
Come on, GdsGds, if you want anybody to follow you down your path, at least offer one single shred of support for your claims. I do it all the time. It's not that hard when you get to work with the truth.
