1) Per email from Positron today, the PharmAssist is ALREADY "fully ready to deploy!"

2) Not at all like Covidien's business recently sold as they didn't have the PharmAssist that can be placed right in the hospital, clinic, or doctor's office to mix and store your radiopharmaceutical cocktail right on site. The more rural the area the better, but it's certainly lucrative to have that ability in house no matter where you are without a brick and mortar site off location somewhere, and thereby cutting down the time to have to use the radiopharmaceutical.

3) Share structure...POSC definitely had to have cash to move forward here as the Attrius scanners are not in place and only down payments coming in of 30% each. 60% is paid at the time of placement and the remaining 10% upon first use. Not only are Attrius sales ramping up, but PharmAssist sales are ramping up also. Incoming cash should increase substantially during this quarter, and cash on hand is considerable right now giving them the funds they need for opening 3 new offices, and staffing them. It was a necessary evil at this juncture, and certainly not one that anyone likes. I am certainly hopeful that the income increases exponentially so that a share buyback can occur. If not, I still don't expect any R/S for quite some time into the future, and Rooney has stated that is not in the plans at all near term.
