To me the reason for the low PPS is all about crediblity.They do not have any right now.They diluted at an alarming rate without even casually mentioning it,they said Luxor was supposed to add 10 to 12 million dollars in assets and it has not.They still owe $900,000 and we don't even know if they are making payment,we are in the dark.They promised shareholders a dividend and that has not come through.And the sculpture,There has not been one word about this in the financials.Did they buy it or not? So these are just some of the things which I believe are holding it back. Also if there is to be no reverse split after they dilute this to 10 billion then they need to put out a PR stating so.
