I am moving from 60/40 back to 50/50. I really didn't like Otto getting another 1B shares for half price. If I was an investor, I would rather pay the $50K note than give away 1B shares. And the bad news is that the filing suggests that Otto still has more debt to convert.

Then on a positive note, it does look like they got the other debtors to take the stock which would indicate that they see value coming.
