I'd sure like to pay off the house and be debt free. Off course we are looking at taxes on the total amount so you have to figure that into the amount you sell so you can pay them also. I also have a rather large loss so I balance a good portion against that. I'm in hopes it hits $3 so I only have to sell a small portion of the total.
