1:21AM 3SBIO announces partial conversion of Isotechnika Debenture (SSRX) 13.28 : Co announces it has converted CAD2.02 mln ($1.92 mln) of a $4.5 mln debenture convertible into Isotechnika Pharma common shares. As a result, Isotechnika issued 13 mln common shares at CAD0.155 per common share to co, which represents approximately 9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Isotechnika. The debenture was acquired in conjunction with the strategic partnership with Isotechnika to develop and commercialize voclosporin in China announced on August 24, 2010.
