I think the PPS you bought SHAR for was a nice price, more near the 52 week low. Checking the volume on pinksheets for SHAR when the 52 week low really hit, there was not millions of shares traded. We can assume simple retail sellers, i would doubt bigger institutions would sell at a loss, they obviously have the most experience knowledge and research readily available to them.
