I agree, alaska, buying stocks that are near or coming off there 52 week low, is ideal, especially in penny stocks. We are not given any indication of dilution as well by the company, as they would not encourage all shareholders to request the shorts. They would simply clear more shares through the transfer agent to be placed into an already existing float.
