Ya I know larger insiders holding. It might be honorable of him to retire some shares. This may have to occur for the aquisition to occur. We will see, but as we are a profitable company on the ground floor I see a bright future with PIHN and still hold for a much higher pps.

We are paying for growth and new opps. Is it worth it can't be decided by just seeing the cost of the growth. Let's wait and see the benefits to make determination whether it was worth it.
