REVERSE SPLIT -have you factored that into your equation? Both Aziz and Fred have told me personally they will RS "if" they get a new major investor. I'd expect a RS sooner than later--it is the only way the company can survive now.

I'm with you too, carausius! I get where your comming from as long as AMHD's share structure stays intact AND enough positive interest is attracted to it, i.e. PRs, positive posts and hot stock alerts then AMHD will run!

Check out this alert that helped fuel the last run;

http://pennystockgurus.blogspot.com/2009/12/amhd-little-more-for-you-to-chew-on.html

check out point# 6 where it says; " Penny stock investors know which stocks can and can not run. AMHD is a stock that has run in the past and is well over due for a run now."

BTW if you read all of WestTexas' past posts you'll realize who your dealing with, he's one of the AMHD's x-moderators! Here's one of his past posts that seems to agree with you;

Eric, I'm pro AMHD (for now) but keep in mind shareholders don't know where investor money has gone (or is going) and shareholders also don't have any financial information from the company (AMHD has yet to disclose).

Bottom line: AMHD is a speculative play, but we have seen some SERIOUS sp swings in the past. Get in on the right one and you can make some major cash.

Your moderator!

(That "bottom line" tells you alot about why most of these posters post here everyday.)
(Look at this one about the lawsuit);

For those who have been asking me about the lawsuit (Amelot Holdings v Fitzsimmons): If it can be shown that Todd Fitz engaged in a pattern of fraud in dealing with Amelot (i.e., the "contract") then Fitzsimmons cannot discharge debts owed to AMHD in his bankruptcy filing.

What does this mean? Bottom line: AMHD may be able to recover all or part of the $300K Fitzsimmons owes the company!

(Interesting reading. very interesting!)
