Nice post and annotated chart wisconsin! I tend to agree with most of your points, and would be getting back in I wasnt in the process of changing brokers with everything locked down until the transfer is completed.
Got out awhile back when it was obvious that NGLPF was about to take a beating along with alot of green small caps... Now looks like the time to get back in, sigh...
Fundamentals and future still looks promising to me here,
