the company probably doesn't want to be otcbb anymore. they know in pinkyland, they can dilute without filing and raise the as much the same, and they don't have to file financials. only serious companies who desire to be taken seriously by their investing public strive to stay current and move their businesses to more reputable exchanges. slime companies whose objective is to raise as much capital for themselves (not their business)tend to like lingering in pinkyland. it's ideal for that kind of behavior. thus, it does not surprise me that this company did not comply with requirements, especially in light of the increase in AS and the OS recently. very ideal situation for them. all imho
