I'm careful where I invest now. I've been burned by bad management and people pumping like crazy while the stock plummets.
Like I said before, I bought in, then decided to sell (smart move) when I saw things which looked wrong. Since then, the stock has dropped about $.01 in price. I've been watching since to see if there is anything which shows that there's a chance that this stock will have a good future.
Recent events have me concerned that this might not be a good investment in the near future:
- financials being late. no word on their status
- 15% increase in O/S when the CEO said that they plan on buying shares back.
- stopping the updates on the O/S on their website right around the time they started diluting. I'm surprised no one else spotted that, other than me.
- cancellation of the grand opening of the store with no announcement about it being rescheduled.
- SILENCE
Those, and more, show me that this company and stock are not ready for prime time yet. Hopefully they will be soon. Good luck to you all.
