I gotta tell you, it moves pretty easily, seems like more than 90% is locked up.

I am guessing a fair amount of the CEO's golf buddies are holding shares as well.

We know there is no way to be accurate beyond a ballpark estimate. But your ballpark figure is useful additional DD, along with all else folks here contribute to our understanding of this company.

If between half and two-thirds is in strong hands, it bodes well for future PPS.

If a more than fifth of the float is owned by insiders, and they have been adding substantially to their holding recently, that is also a good sign.
