The Company signed a stipulation to change the name before we begin our marketing/ branding in September. There is no consequence, provided we cooperate, which is being done. The filing by Lucas is done to ensure we comply. There will be a formal PR about the new name once it has been approved.
The response was quick. Less than an hour and a half to respond. Good sign.
