Looks like BEHL's newest Hawaiian client already has PBR's

And they sure are not BEHL's

To my untrained Eye .. that appears to be a Horizontal Tubes on a rack. a Vertical system.. no?

BEHL's Bags could not span that distance and not buckle.

They might be looking for something cheaper. but the PBR in the photo does not look to be BEHL's ..
