Company update on transactions with Hunt Gold CorporationNEW YORK--(Business Wire)--Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO) announced thatit is disposing of its entire interests in three of its Gold Mining &Exploration Companies to Prime Time Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : PRTH)and that Prime Time Group, Inc. was effecting a corporatereorganization prior to the completion of these agreements withFortress Financial Group, Inc. Prime Time Group, Inc. has now completed this reorganization. Ithas changed its name to that of Hunt Gold Corporation and will tradeas such with effect from Friday November 30, 2007. Hunt Gold Corporation (PINKSHEETS : HGLC) authorized a 3,000 for 1Reverse Split of its outstanding shares of Common Stock. The "Effective Date" for this stock split is Friday November 30,2007. Hunt Gold Corporation has a new CUSIP Number, that being445623101. Hunt Gold Corporation, as of Friday November 30, 2007, post theReverse Split of its outstanding shares, has an amount of 138,147outstanding shares of its Common Stock. An amount of 58,616 of theseoutstanding shares are "free trading" and not restricted. Hunt Gold Corporation will now be issuing shares of its CommonStock to Fortress Financial Group, Inc. Sentinel, Golden Eagle, Ambassador

were the 3 minning projects that were used to form HGLC. I posted my account statement to prove to some that I did receive my dividends from the spin off. Many have been saying this is a scam, then I guess I received scam dividends. I wonder if there are any more scams out there that pay dividends, let me know so I can buy shares. FFGO still has two more minning projects that being Bouse, and South Copperstone that dividends will be distributed, the record date has not been set yet.
