It doesn't matter, to some degree, if this is a scam or not. There is money to be made on this stock even if it is a scam. All that matters is if you make money off the trade or investment. A lot of people have already made some very nice profits and with this volatility there is plenty of room to make more. After news come through the PPS will go up, by how much no one knows, but it will go up.
