What metalhead wants to see is proof that PPBL paid for this "promo." All that shows is he received compensation.

Any shareholder with the desire to can do some sort of "promo" or "campaign" or "awareness" and its perfectly legal.

I do not know what the regulations are for a publicly traded company to promote itself, but I'd guess that there are some restrictions.
