That is pure spectulation of when those shares will be converted. And you say bagholders. I still believe PPBL will recover imo. Some of the debt has been converted, some will be falling off next spring, and some needs to be worked on.

What it means is that the convertable holders can only convert when the company allows them to.

I really suggest that you call the company and find out the real status of these debts.
