Based on the math, it looks to me like the O/S was 564,695,000 prior to the May 5 R/S ...

which as pinksheets states, would make it 112,939 post R/S on May 5, 2010. 112,939 x 5000 = 564,695,000

Either way, 650 Million or 564 Million, it wasn't anything out of control!!!

And as you said, the last R/S was over 20 years before that!

So you're basically saying there are no clauses in finance agreements that deal with share count or reverse splits.. Seriously?
