Based on yesterday's open house, and the truth behind BIOCEN, I would say that the shareholders' only hope is to file a claim against their O&D or E&O policy - assuming, that is, that there is one! Based on the DVJ fiasco, I for one am not interested in paying for all of DF, et al's trips to Hawaii 'to set up a farm'. Would file claim sooner rather than later in case the 3+ weeks of cash is accurate, and since I can't figure out how that mid-Sept. installment is going to be made.
